Thai-German Graduate School
RWTH Aachen University worked with King Monkut's University of Technology in Northern Bangkok (KMUTNB) to establish the Thai-German Graduate School (TGGS). KMUTNB adopted the German teaching system in this collaboration. Today KMUTNB is one of the best technical universities in Thailand with more than 20000 students. TGGS is an international university for university graduates in engineering. The university has an independent Thai-German administration. Courses are held in English.
Gender and Diversity Management
Establishing the Gender and Diversity Management staff unit in 2007, RWTH Aachen University was the first University of Technology nationally to create a structural framework that provides a basis for the development and implementation of a gender and diversity management strategy.
IGaD supports RWTH Aachen University in integrating gender and diversity aspects at all levels of the University. It coordinates all processes pertaining to gender and diversity and brings together all relevant actors.
