Where does one apply?

At the Immatrikulationsamt [German only] - Registration Office, the following apply:

• German citizens, EU citizens and other international students with a German Abitur

Application deadlines:
The application deadline is July 15 for degree programs with restricted admissions (NC); otherwise, September 30 for that winter semester.
