Coordination Office for Scientific Further Education at Stuttgart University (KWW)
The KWW is located in the offices of the vice-chancellor, its staff collects about 80 to 140 seminars, conferences, workshops, and other public events of the different institutes of the University of Stuttgart. All these events are listed in the official course guide "Studienführer für wissenschaftliche Weiterbildung" (guide for scientific further education). The KWW offers in its course guide a wide range of scientific courses and events reflecting the core competences of Stuttgart University.
Managers and experts from business and industry take profit from the broad range of events to brush up their knowledge and be informed about the latest scientific research results. Everything on offer is highly topical and gives an insight into latest research. Apart from giving scientific input, courses and symposiums constitute an ideal plattform for the exchange of experience as well as for expert talks.
The programme is specially designed for people from business and industry who work in management and expert functions. All speakers either hold the chair in their respective university departments or work as lecturers. Regular contacts with their economic surroundings ensure that they are well informed about the questions and needs of their target groups.
