TU9 are participating at the "Deutsche Hochschulinformationstage" in Athens (14./15.03.2008) and Thessaloniki (18.03.2008) with a common stall.
"Traditionally the interest in studying engineering or natural sciences in Germany is very great in Greece", says Professor Horst Hippler, president of TU9 and Rector of Universität Karlsruhe (TH). "I am particularly pleased that the fair in Athens is taking place at a German School as TU9 has been offering a special information service to the German Schools abroad for some years."
The fair attendance is taking place in cooperation with the TU9 partner GATE-Germay.
Here you can find TU9 at the “Deutsche Hochschultage” in Athens and Thessaloniki:

At TU9 universities about 204.000 students are registered, that are about ten percent of all German students.
In Germany 54 per cent of all engineers with a university degree come from TU9 universities. About 59 per cent of all doctorate degrees in engineering are earned at TU9 universities.
