NAFSA is one of the largest network conferences worldwide in the international education and university sector, with more than 8,000 delegates from science educational establishments from 120 countries taking part.
This year’s NAFSA Conference is taking place in Houston, Texas (USA) from 27th May to 1st June.
For the sixth time, the leading Institutes of Technology in Germany (TU9) are presenting themselves with a joint stand in North America. As a satellite event, selected international partners of the TU9 Universities are invited to a “(Net)Working Breakfast”. The topic of the event on 31st May is: “New Developments in Internationalization in Germany”.

TU9 is the association of the nine leading Institutes of Technology in Germany. Its members are: RWTH Aachen, TU Berlin, TU Braunschweig, TU Darmstadt, TU Dresden, Leibniz Universität Hannover, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, TU München, Universität Stuttgart.
More than 240,000 students, or ten percent of all German students, are registered at TU9 universities.
In Germany roughly 50 percent of all engineers with university degrees come from TU9 universities; some 57 percent of the doctorates in engineering are awarded at TU9 universities.
