TU9 Activities at GAIN16 – Annual Conference & Talent Fair

Washington, D.C., USA, September 9 – 11

The TU9 Alliance presents itself again this year at GAIN16, the Annual Conference & Talent Fair of the German Academic International Network. TU9 has been participating in GAIN for many years with numerous representatives from university management as well as advisors from the operational level.

This year, additionally to the individual booths of several TU9 Universities, the TU9 Office is participating with a TU9 booth at the Talent Fair in order to inform participants as comprehen-sively as possible about the many different career opportunities at Technical Universities in Germany.

The annual GAIN conference and talent fair is the largest gathering of German universities, funding agencies and scientists abroad. More than 100 German universities, research institu-tions, companies, and funding agencies participate and inform postdocs, scientists and experts from various research areas about career and funding opportunities and recent developments in science policy in Germany in panel discussions, workshops and lectures. The talent fair pro-vides job offers and individual career advice.

The German Academic International Network (GAIN) is the network of scientists and researchers of all disciplines from Germany, working at leading research institutions worldwide with special focus on the United States and Canada.
